Fonts are important in our lives now that we are interacting with brands on our mobile phones, TVs and computers. Design and branding is all around us and we can’t help but be influenced in our purchasing decisions, whether consciously or unconsciously. 

Whilst visual branding and fonts can influence the perception of your brand, it’s vital to be sure that your chosen font conveys a positive business personality to your prospective customers as they walk or drive past your property boards.  The single most important attribute for a good marketing font is to be clear and readable from a distance and when passing in a car.  That makes the much plainer fonts such as Arial or Times New Roman much more appealing and whilst you may think of them as safe or even dull, they are incredibly easy to read, far more inclusive and are often used on information boards, in books and in newspapers where conveying an accurate message is vital. Both of these fonts (and others like them) also imply a feeling of trust and a sense of authority too.

We are Amit and Tina of Boards4Agents! We started the company on the 4^th of January 2011 because we were looking for flexible family-friendly work that would allow us to combine work and parenthood. We were frustrated that Amit often missed midwife appointments because of his job. This meant he missed out on listening to our baby’s heartbeat for the first time. We thought, “Right! That’s it! We need to sort this out!”. That’s when we decided to create our own company that would afford us the flexibility to build our family and be truly there for them.

Amit is Tina’s husband and father to their two girls. He’s the Director of Boards4Agents, which he co-founded with Tina.

Amit has worked in property for 16 years and formed Boards4Agents with Tina in January 2011. He enjoys coming to work, and helping his team to grow and develop. He also loves working with our clients and looking at how we can make our production more effective and efficient.

Amit is particularly passionate about giving high quality, consistently good service to all our clients. Amit believes in solving issues straight away. That’s why many of our customers have remained with us since Amit and Tina first set up Boards4Agents over 12 years ago.

Outside of work Amit enjoys playing and watching football and is an avid fan of Leicester City. He says that the day Leicester City won the Championship was one of the best days of his life (over and above getting married and having his two girls, of course!). Amit also enjoys spending time with his two girls and travelling, citing Croatia as one of his favourite countries that he’s visited.
